What's the Language of Love?

 Since my blog is about making your world the haven that you want it to be, I think we should talk about the language of love.

Does love have any language? 

What do you think is the meaning of love?

There is a younger colleague of my friend at work that is always telling her how much she really means to him.

My friend is married, but this young man doesn't see it as anything so special or that it has anything to do with the way he feels about her.

She told me something that really got me startled and I begin to think about what love means also.

They were both having a chat in the office one day; (not their real names)

Manny: "Do you really love your husband? he asked my friend. 

Tessy: Yes, of course. I do.

Manny: "Apart from sex, you do so many things for me that you will also naturally do for your husband. So is the sex love?

Tessy: Okay, let's talk about this some other day. Do you believe in love?

Manny: "That's what I'm saying. What is Love? I don't believe in it. Apart from the sex, What else is there to it? You are always there for me when I need you. 

What?

I can only say that when she told me about the exchange between them. She didn't escalate the discussion because she doesn't know the answer to give her colleague. The baffling part is my friend is older than this young man by a whole decade. But the love he has for her? It's indiscribable. Yet he doesn't believe in it.

So today is Valentine's day and you think you don't have someone special to show you love?

Aren't you someone special? 

Is it about the sex?

Why not dress up, make up and go out and make yourself special? 

You always wanted that gift, then go get it. You can get it box up and send it to yourself to make it special. 

We all need a special someone in our lives, but if they are not around yet, life must go on.

The little things such as kindness and showing other people that we care for them, to me, i believe is love. I think that is what the young man is trying to get across to my friend. 

She is so much a believer of "live and let's live". I love her so much also.

And if you have your man to spoil you with gifts and lots more today, do enjoy yourselves and stay happy for you.

Is it Living life or we are all Just trying to Survive?

Walking down from the bus stop to my place of work is like another fifteen minutes exercise after alighting from the bus. So on this beautiful bright day while on my way to the office and the time was 7:57am, I saw this Danfo driver sleeping at the driver's seat with his head laid on the front door of his vehicle. Such a pitiful sight to behold early in the morning.  The shout for passengers by the driver in front of him jerked him awake suddenly and he continues his call for passengers like nothing happened. It was clear that he needs more rest and he looked so tired, even though it is just early in the morning. Knowing there are bills to pay gave him no other option than to continue his quest for his daily bread? or is it daily crumbs? Why did I say crumbs? WOMEN OF WAGS MIAMI

  WAGS are wives and girlfriends of professional athletes.  In WAGS, they have hierarchy; there are Queens (whatever that means), Wives, Fiancés, Girlfriends and so on as described by Olivia of WAGS LA. In WAGS, the women all aspires to be wives. I want to look at the lifestyles of these women of WAGS, either real or acting for the sake of the reality show. It is in line with my short novel “Make me happy as a Woman”.  As WAGS, people believed they live the high life, but they have their own share of life’s experiences that everyone go through. The women of WAGS are all friends, but some are closer to each other. Darnell and Ashley They were to me like sisters.
